Talks are finally at an advanced stage for Demarai Gray to make the move to Al-Ettifaq as Steven Gerrard’s side are still looking to add depth to their squad.
According to Sky Sports News, the Jamaican winger is finally on the verge of moving to the Middle Eastern side following ongoing negotiations with the Toffees.
The deal finally being on the verge of being completed will be a huge boost to Gerrard who is seemingly getting his transfer targets over the line with just a day left before the window slams shut for teams in the Pro League.
Al-Ettifaq pulled off the signing of former Liverpool midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum last week from Paris Saint Germain for around £7 million and now the Saudi side looks set to pull off the signing of another Premier League player.

What does the report say
Sky Sports claims that the fee that Everton will receive for the former Bayer Leverkusen winger is £10 million.
The deal to take the winger to the Saudi Pro League side will also reportedly include a sell-on clause inserted into the deal.
It doesn’t seem like the winger, who was once at Leicester City, has much of a future at Goodison Park and posted a rather cryptic message on his Instagram page a few days back, seeming to call out people behind the scenes at Everton.
The winger will now seemingly finally get his move away from Goodison Park and is set to join a side who have had a good start to the season.
Gerrard’s Al-Ettifaq have picked up 3 wins and one draw from their opening five games and currently sit in fifth position as they hope to muscle their way into the title race this season.
